• Occupation
• Details of any other directorships held

5. Secretarys Details :

• Name, Residential Address

6. Shareholders Details :

• Name, Residential Address
• Occupation
• Number of Shares held

7. Share Capital Details :

• Value of authorised share capital
• Quantity of shares available
• Value of each share

8. Name of person acting as declarant for incorporation process
