How do I pay for Startup Wizard products & services?
All payments are handled on-line using a secure checkout by Paypal, the world leader in secure online payment processing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & payment via Paypal account.

Do I need to open an account with Paypal?
No. The only requirement is one of the cards listed above.

Do you store my credit card information?
No. All payment details are transfered directly between the customer and Paypal. Startup Wizard has no access to our customers financial information.

How do I know if I've paid?
Upon successful completion of your payment, you will be presented with a new "Checkout success" window. At this point if you have purchased a downloadable product you can now download it to your local computer.

Will I be issued with a receipt?
Yes. Once a successful payment has been made a receipt detailing the transaction details will be sent to the email address specified by the customer at the time of payment. If you do not receive a receipt either the payment has not been successful or the email address specified was incorrect. Please contact us at help@startupwizard.ie should this be the case.

What name will I see listed on my credit card statement for this transaction?
Paymets made to Startup Wizard will appear on a customers credit card statement as a payment to "Paypal *startupwiza".

Do you charge a fee for using credit cards or a Paypal account?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
